How long will it take to receive my order?
Approximately 2-15 days depending on order, location and availability of stock.
Can i pick up my order?
No, we do not have pick up points yet but you can pick up your order at Pudo locker (Shipping optional).
My item size doesn't fit. What now?
We do not offer returns or refunds and exchange as orders are currently and temporally individually processed.
How do i pay for my orders?
Through immediate bank transfer (ABSA)
Are the T-Shirts oversize based?
Yes, our sizes are based on oversized centimetre measurements.
Do you have kids clothes?
Unfortunately we do not make kids sized clothes.
What type of material are hoodies, sweaters and T-Shirts?
Hoodies and sweaters are made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Our T-Shirts are 100% cotton.
How do i track my orders?
The courier guy services will sent you a WhatsApp text or SMS or Email once your order is done being processed by COLY CLOUD.
Where is your store located?
We do not have any stores available so far as we fully operate online.

COLY CLOUD means the importance of being individualistic and se;f-observation. It describes and represents the power of being unique, self driven, confidence and being different amongst others.
How was the brand's name created?
"COLY" represents rare, uniquity and value. "CLOUD" represents consistency, positivity and motion. The full completion of the brand's name stands for 'Better Different' which connects all the dots together. The founder of COLY CLOUD first created the description before creating the overall name itself, meaning the definition of the brand's name was created before COLY CLOUD.
