Our order processing takes 1-5 business days depending on order and delivery may take 1-10 days depending on location.

We have two delivery options at different prices depending on number of items per order:

• PUDO (Locker): (R100 - R150) RECOMMENDED

• Courier Guy (Door to Door): (R100 - R200)

On PUDO locker, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp text that has a link of a map to where your closet locker is located with a code that you will enter at the locker to claim your order.

Courier Guy services will send you an Email or WhatsApp text to track your order once the processing of your order on our side is complete.

Shipping delays may occur during public holidays and weekends.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

No returns or refunds (Please be sure of your sizes).

Your address should be correct in order for us to deliver.

Orders are not placed on the website but on WhatsApp.
